Strategy (2007-2011)

• To become the leading company within the new integrated Russian aero engine production industry
• In partnership with the State to set up the first TV3-117 engine manufacturing facility in Russia, based on the Japanese principles of manufacturing
• To participate in joint projects with western engine manufacturing companies as a developer and manufacturer of engine parts
• To participate in the joint projects with partners in other markets with the goal of creation of engine manufacturing joint-ventures
• To implement outsourcing principals in engine manufacturing
