BASIC INFORMATION (two products)
Modular electricity generators based on Klimov’s own aircraft gas turbine engines are delivered by the company in ready-to-use condition. These units feature a power rating of 1.25 to 2.5 mWt.
Gas turbine engines have also been a component of pumping stations that are used in the standard technology of seam pressure maintenance and for fracturing oil and gas bearing formations.
Eight of these generators that are currently in operation have been running for a total of 15,000 hours without overhaul.
PRODUCT QUALITY
The generators may be used as a principal or stand-by source of electric and thermal power. They also be either added to a generator of any capacity or used as stand-alone power sources.
The generators can run either on gas (natural gas, associated gas or biogas) or liquid fuel (diesel fuel, kerosene).
The noise and toxic emission levels of our generators meet ISO standards, so no special environmental protection measures are needed at the customer’s site.
The equipment is delivered to the site in two standard 40’ containers that are stacked one on top of the other to form a single module.
Modular design means:
- fast inexpensive delivery to the point of destination using any kind of transport with no need for any special clearance;
- considerable savings on installation and commissioning.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Service and support over the entire period of operation includes warranty repairs, overhauls, spare parts delivery and training the customer’s personnel.
