1.      Maintenance

• On-site maintenance and repairs
  The Klimov Company offers local (medium-level) repairs on all versions of TV3-117 engines, including recovery of the engines that are out of service because of intrusion of foreign objects. Repairs are performed fast, either at Klimov’s or on-site. On-site repairs follow Klimov’s patented technology.
• Overhaul
  Engines are overhauled in accordance with all international standards and requirements, as evidenced by pertinent licenses and certificates. An independent government commission of the Aviation Register of the Interstate Aviation Committee monitors the entire overhauling cycle. Overhauled engines possess the same quality as new ones due to the double quality control system.
• Upgrading
  All versions of TV3-117 engines can be upgraded to certified TV3-117 and VK-2500 versions during the overhaul process.

2.      Spare parts centre

• The company supplies spare parts, modules and consumables for the whole line of its products
• Repair kits are supplied on the customer’s request
• Various repair and maintenance instruments may also be supplied.

3.      Customer support program

• Training of maintenance workers
• Delivery of maintenance documents that are updated annually; delivery of electronic spare parts catalogues.
